Layered Shrimp Spread


Ingredients
1 container (8 oz) pineapple cream cheese spread
1/2 cup mango chutney or apricot preserves
2 tbsp. cocktail sauce
1 bag (4 oz) frozen cooked shrimp, thawed,drained
3 medium green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup grated coconut (optional)

Directions
1. On a large serving plate, spread cream cheese to within one inch of edge of plate. In bowl, mix the chutney and cocktail sauce, spread over cream cheese. 2. Top evenly with shrimp. Sprinkle with onions and coconut. Serve with crackers.
